Makarska … ahhh .. one of my favourite places on Earth! I had the opportunity to travel to this picturesque tourist town many years ago when I was in university – and I have never forgotten it! Imagine this: you’re on the beach, the sun gently caressing your skin. The sea water is crystal clear and the colour a shade of blue you cannot describe. You take a look around and you see hundreds of colourful plants and pine trees that, combined with the smells of the sea water, give off a scent that instantly soothes your soul.
